Each team now benefits from the leadership of a dedicated Development Leader. This role is pivotal in guiding the team through every phase of a project. Development Leaders are responsible for planning upcoming developments in collaboration with our customers, providing support to team members, resolving complex cases, and ensuring adherence to our established development processes. Their technical expertise, combined with strong soft skills, allows them to effectively manage projects and foster a productive and cohesive team environment.
In addition, we’ve defined the role of Consultant, a position reserved for individuals with a specific set of technical skills tailored to meet the complex needs of our clients. Consultants are tasked with providing specialized consulting services, particularly in scenarios involving complex architectural decisions, special developments, or migrations. Their role is crucial in delivering tailored solutions and expert guidance, ensuring that our customers can navigate technical challenges with confidence.
The implementation of these roles required a thorough definition and description of responsibilities, skill sets, and their integration into our overall process. By formalizing these positions, we’ve enhanced our ability to deliver exceptional service, while also providing our team with clear pathways for professional growth and development.
